Sierra Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence
Sierra Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence and Community Recovery Resources (CoRR) are pleased to announce the signing of mutual resolutions to begin a partnership.
The Boards of Directors of both CoRR and Sierra Council met in November of 2010 to begin a full merger in 2011. CoRR currently provides substance abuse and mental health treatment services through 10 locations in Nevada County, with service centers in South County, Grass Valley, and Truckee. Sierra Council provides services in Placer County, with sites in Kings Beach, Roseville, Auburn, and Lincoln. View Locations
Service systems will be closely connected through the merger, increasing capacity to support individuals and families to overcome addiction and related mental health issues through prevention, treatment, housing, and health services. Leveraging combined resources will support increased access to the highest level of quality healthcare.
